Camco Announces Board of Director Change Dec 13, 2004

Canadian appliance maker Camco Inc. announced the appointment of Elyse Allan to the company's board of directors. Ms. Allan has been appointed president and CEO, GE Canada, succeeding Bob Gillespie, who is retiring at the end of the year after more than 50 years of service with GE Canada.

"Ms. Allan brings extensive business experience to the Board, and we are pleased to have her expertise and leadership available to us," said Chuck Hantho, chairman of the Board. "On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Mr. Gillespie for his contributions to the company."
