Jim Campbell, president and CEO GE Consumer & Industrial-Americas, the U.S. $9-billion appliance division of GE, will keynote the North American Retail Dealers Association’s (NARDA) 2005 Spring Institute of Retail and Service Center Management. The event is scheduled to be held April 1-4 at Chaminade Executive Conference Center in Santa Cruz, CA, U.S.
The Spring Institute will feature retail and service business management sessions covering topics such as HR, financial management, service center profitability, customer service, and sales training.
