Lynx Professional Grills, a Commerce, CA, U.S.-based manufacturer of high-end stainless steel outdoor barbecues, announced that it has been acquired by a group of investors and managers.
The investor group is led by Jeffery Church, who will become CEO of Lynx. "We are both lucky and fortunate to be associated with a quality company with such hard working and committed employees," Mr. Church said in a statement.
Mike Edwards, who will remain as president of Lynx, added, "Given Lynx quality, customer service, and commitment to innovation the future is very bright. With this new investor group, Lynx will seek to successfully grow the business through the development of additional outdoor kitchen products and related products."
