Merloni to Sell Factoring Company Sep 3, 2004

Italy-based appliance maker Merloni Elettrodomestici will sell out Faber Factor, a factoring company half-owned by Merloni Elettrodomestici and Fineldo, the family's holding company.

Merloni said it will not keep its 20-percent stake of the factoring company, as the stake does not involve funding in the group. (AGI)
