The International Housewares Association (IHA) announced it has elected three new directors, including the first international representative, to its board of directors.
The new directors are:
Fred Howard, senior vice president and general manager, The Gillette Company
Robert L. Trudeau, chairman, Trudeau Corporation
Mike Whitaker, president, Whit Corp.
The directors were elected to 3-year terms that begin on Oct. 1 and expire Sept. 30, 2007.
New board officers include:
Chairman - Douglas J. Bradshaw, chairman of the board, Bradshaw International, Inc.
Vice Chairman/Chairman Elect - Linda S. Graebner, president/CEO, Tilia, Inc.
Treasurer - Matthew L. Andis, president, Andis Company.
The officers serve 1-year terms from Oct. 1, 2004 to Sept. 30, 2005.
Leaving the board is Robert S. Sachs, president of Arden Companies.
