Master-Bilt, a maker of commercial refrigeration systems, announced the promotion of Lynn Burge to advertising and promotions manager, and the hiring of Michael Alsman to the new position of product manager at the company's New Albany, MS, U.S. facility.
Mr. Burge has been with Master-Bilt for the past 7 years, where he started as advertising coordinator. With this promotion, his responsibilities have increased in terms of recommending advertising and marketing direction for the company. His other duties include the coordination of trade shows, design of printed and electronic sales support materials, and web site supervision.
Mr. Alsman, who will head product management, has extensive management experience both domestically and internationally, as he has worked in sales, marketing, and product development for the commercial, food retail, foodservice, and hospitality markets. In his new duties, he will be responsible for the development of Master-Bilt's new refrigeration rack system.
