The Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics has approved the appointment of Carlo Bozotti to Sole Member of the Management Board and president and CEO, upon the retirement of Pasquale Pistorio. Moreover, as part of the succession plan, the board will endorse the appointment of Alain Dutheil to COO.
