Lennox International Inc., a manufacturer of HVAC appliances, announced the appointment of William F. Stoll, Jr. to executive vice president and chief legal officer, following the retirement of Carl E. Edwards, Jr., current chief legal officer. The worldwide refrigeration segment of Lennox named Christopher Peel as vice president, Marketing and Product Development, and Robert DelVentura was appointed vice president, External Innovation.
