South Korean appliance maker LG Industrial Systems Co. announced the introduction of a new multipurpose electric drill.
The 13-mm model D1013 drill is equipped with a variable-speed motor and reverse function. Its maximum speed is said to be 1,250 revolutions per minute.
The electric drill also has a double-insulation structure and an auto-stop carbon brush for the protection of its motor, according to the company.
LG Industrial expects sales of the drill to reach 7,000 units this year and 15,000 next year. (Yonhap)
