York International Declares Quarterly Dividend Jun 7, 2004

The board of directors of HVAC equipment maker York International Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of U.S. $0.20 per share on the common stock of the company.

The dividend is payable June 30, 2004, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 17, 2004.
