ABB Group, a supplier of power and automation technologies, has named Fred Kindle as its new CEO, replacing Jürgen Dormann. Mr. Kindle is currently CEO of Swiss technology company Sulzer AG and will join ABB in September 2004 and formally take over as CEO in January 2005.
