Chip maker Intel Corporation has elected Ambassador Charlene Barshefsky, former U.S. trade representative, to its board. The board announced that long-time board member Dr. Winston Chen will retire from the board of directors in May 2004. In addition, Anand Chandrasekher and David Perlmutter were elected corporate vice presidents.
