United Technologies Corporation appointed two vice presidents to assume the responsibilities of CFO Stephen Page when he retires in April 2004. James E. Geisler, currently director, Financial Planning and Analysis, was named vice president of Finance. Gregory J. Hayes, currently controller, was named vice president of Accounting and Control.
