Grindmaster Corporation (Louisville, KY, U.S.) is celebrating its 70th anniversary with the announcement of its Precision Pod Brewing System(TM); a commercial single-cup pod brewer for coffee or tea beverages.
The brewing system is said to be suitable for a wide range of commercial applications including offices, foodservice, and hotels. Featuring an open pod system, a variety of pod brands and sizes can be used to brew a single cup of coffee. Grindmaster's Brewcontrol(TM) function allows users to adjust brew strength and a programmable cup size controls the volume of beverage dispensed into the cup. In addition, the Smartstop(TM) Automatic Water Shutoff function shuts water off when the pod drawer is open and a dual water system allows the brewer to be plumbed directly into a water line or manually filled.
