Power tool maker The Black & Decker Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of U.S. $0.21 per share of the corporation's outstanding common stock.

The cash dividend will be payable June 25, 2004 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 11, 2004.
