Bosch, a manufacturer of high-end home appliances, together with Earth Pledge, a national nonprofit that advocates sustainable agriculture, architecture, and design, announced the "Take the Earth Pledge" sweepstakes in conjunction with the 14th Annual Windows on Long Island Wine.
Participants can sign a pledge to protect the environment and enter to win the grand prize trip for two to New York City, U.S. for the "Windows" event and a suite of energy-efficient Bosch kitchen appliances, including Bosch's Integra Limited Design dishwasher, its new freestanding convection range, and over-the-range microwave. Runners-up will receive Bosch small appliances, including Bosch's F.A. Porsche Designer Series coffee maker, blender, kettle, juicer, and more.
Windows is an annual fundraising event that supports Earth Pledge's sustainable agricultural and cuisine programs. The event will be held on May 3, 2004 at Capitale restaurant (New York, U.S.) with more than 20 vineyards and 25 top restaurants.
