The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI) recently published a bi-lingual training manual for leaf blower users.

The 12-page brochure called "Leaf Blowers: A Guide to Safe & Courteous Use" may be downloaded after filling in a short tracking questionnaire. It includes instructions in both English and Spanish. The brochure is in Acrobat Reader (PDF) format.

The OPEI site also includes a new "Blower Log" page, which includes three multi-media presentations on safe and effective use of leaf blowers. (Landscape Management)
