Mustafa Sultan Electronics Co. LLC (MSEC), an electronics company in Muscat, Oman, has launched Haier brand of electronics and appliances in Oman.
With the addition of Haier brand, MSEC has added another name to its portfolio of brands, which includes Philips, Whirlpool, Minolta, Akai, Akira, and Nevica.
Haier is said to be the largest household electrical appliances company in China. It also has 30-percent market shares in refrigerators, washing machines, freezers, and air-conditioners in the Oman domestic market. The latest statistics from Euro-monitor shows that Haier is fifth among the global white-goods manufacturers, with the largest world market brand share for refrigerators. (Times Of Oman)
