As of January 2005, Merloni Elettrodomestici (Milano, Italy) will be called Indesit after one of its main brands, according to an AGI report.
The company’s CEO Andrea Guerra announced the renaming of the company during a recent meeting in Milan, the report stated. The change of name means that the denomination of the share listed on the Milan Stock Exchange will also change, in accordance with the legal procedures.
