Westinghouse Digital Electronics announced that its line of 30-, 27-, 20- and 15-in LCD TVs are now available through Almo, a U.S.-based consumer electronics and appliance distributor.
With headquarters in Philadelphia, PA, U.S. Almo has been in business since 1946, and distributes appliance and electronics through its six U.S. distribution locations.
"Westinghouse Digital is at the forefront of the drive to make LCD TVs affordable to the broadest range of consumers, and this agreement with Almo strengthens our leadership position," said Douglas Woo, president of Westinghouse Digital. "Consumers are replacing traditional, bulky CRT TVs with thin, HD-ready, wall-mountable LCD TVs, enabling them to experience the widest range of new digital entertainment experiences -- DVD movies, electronic games, HDTV and surfing the Internet."
