HVAC manufacturer Fedders Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared regular quarterly cash dividends of U..S. $03 on each share of outstanding Common Stock and Class B Stock and $0.53 on each share of outstanding Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock. The dividends will be payable on Dec. 1, 2003 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 14, 2003.
