Ametek Special Metal Products has opened a European sales office in Meersbusch, Germany. The company says the new office is part of its continuing focus on the European market.
According to Ametek, Europe accounted for the greatest portion of its international sales, which topped U.S. $350 in 2002. The maker of metal powder, strip, wire, and bonded products has plants and sales operations in Italy, Germany, the UK, France, Denmark, and the Czech Republic.
