Analog Devices, Inc., a maker of integrated circuits, announced two new members to the Board of Directors. James A. Champy and Kenton J. Sicchitano have been named Class I directors with terms to expire at the 2006 Annual Meeting, 3 years from the date of their election at the 2003 Annual Meeting. Mr. Champy is chairman of the consulting practice and head of strategy for Perot Systems Corporation, a technology services and business solutions company. Mr. Sicchitano retired in 2001 from his position as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a public accounting firm.
