CEDIA, a Virginia, U.S.-based home systems integration company, has been named the 2003-2004 president of the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA), a global trade association of companies that specialize in designing and installing electronic systems for the home.
Mr. Lepper, a 25-year veteran of the consumer electronics industry, has been an active volunteer for CEDIA since returning to the U.S. in 1998 from four years in the U.K., where he headed up KEF Audio, a British loudspeaker company, said the association. For the past three years, Mr. Lepper has served on CEDIA's executive committee, first as secretary, then as vice president. He chaired the CEDIA Professional Certification Board of Governors, was the first chair of CEDIA's Education Council, and was the 2002-2003 chair of CEDIA's Global Program Committee.
