Eastman Kodak Company announced that Robert P. Rozek has been promoted to director and vice president, Finance, for the company's European, African, and Middle Eastern Region (EAMER). According to the company, Mr. Rozek also will be responsible for the finance operations of its Consumer & Professional Imaging operations in the region, as well as those of Eastman Kodak S.A., the company's European subsidiary headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
Mr. Rozek will relocate to Geneva in November from Kodak's headquarters in Rochester, NY, U.S. In his new capacity, Mr. Rozek will continue to report to Robert H. Brust, Kodak's chief financial officer.
Mr. Rozek currently is the controller of Kodak. As the chief accounting officer, he oversees the consolidation of Kodak's financial statements and the external reporting of those statements to regulators and shareholders. He joined Kodak as its controller in May 2001, and will remain in that role until a search has been completed for a successor, said the company.
Prior to joining Kodak, Mr. Rozek was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and served as the lead partner with multi-national clients across a number of industries, including industrial products, services, biotechnology, and financial services.
