Philips Lighting Co., a division of Royal Philips Electronics, appointed Robert A. Taylor senior vice president and general manager of its Consumer Lighting division. Previously, Mr. Taylor was senior vice president of Sales and director of Sales at Norelco Consumer Products Co., a division of Philips Electronics North America Corp., a subsidiary of Royal Philips Electronics.
