Personals: Lennox Names New Business Unit Leaders Sep 1, 2003

Lennox International Inc. (LII) named Scott J. Boxer (pictured) president and COO of Service Experts Inc., the company’s retail sales and service division. Most recently president of Lennox Industries Inc., Mr. Boxer had also been serving as interim president of Service Experts since March of this year.

The company also named Robert J. McDonough president and COO, Worldwide Heating and Cooling, encompassing LII’s Lennox Industries and North American Distributed Products (NADP) divisions as well as European Heating and Cooling operations. Mr. McDonough most recently was president, Worldwide Refrigeration.

In addition, Michael G. Schwartz was named president and COO, Worldwide Refrigeration, replacing Mr. McDonough. Mr. Schwartz most recently was president, North American Distributed Products.
