Matsushita Electric Works Ltd/ said it is pushing ahead with a plan to reinforce its electronic devices business for information-related equipment and home electrical appliances.
The company said it has built up a related production system by investing 2 billion yen on things such as relocating the main facilities from its headquarters in Kadoma, Osaka Prefecture, to its Ise plant in Tamaki, Mie Prefecture, in August. (Kyodo News)
