U.K. restaurant-equipment manufacturer Enodis PLC confirmed said it's not in talks concerning a potential takeover offer.
In a press release, Enodis said the board has full confidence in the company's strategy and management to deliver shareholder value.
The Financial Times reported on its web site Sunday that Enodis has received four takeover approaches. According to the report, the company's board dismissed the approaches as it felt all of them undervalue the company. The approaches came from Texas Pacific Group, CVC, Ripplewood, and Ali, an Italian trade buyer, the report said. (Dow Jones)
