The Board of Directors of Whirlpool Corporation, at its regular meeting, reelected three members of its Board. Gary T. DiCamillo, president and CEO of TAC Worldwide Co., Kathleen J. Hempel, former vice chairman and CFO of Fort Howard Corp., and Arnold G. Langbo, former chairman and CEO of Kellogg Co., all returned to the Board for 3-year terms, expiring in 2006.
