The Manitowoc Company, Inc. will announce its second-quarter 2003 financial results on Wednesday, July 30, before the market opens, and will broadcast its conference call live over the Internet at 10:00 am ET. Access to the conference call can be obtained through the investor relations section of the company’s Web site (www.manitowoc.com). According to the company, an archived version of the call will also be located in the investor relations section of the Web site.
