Eastman Kodak Company will release its second quarter 2003 financial results on Wednesday, July 23, at 7:00 AM ET over Business Wire.

A conference call with investors, hosted by Robert H. Brust, Kodak's CFO, will take place at 11:00 AM ET on July 23.
