Metalform 2003, held March 23-26, 2003 in Chicago, IL, U.S. offered exhibitors and visitors a number of symposiums, technical sessions, and a new production line.
More than 40 technical sessions took place during the 3-day show that provided attendees with the best ideas, most innovative concepts, and latest applications to advance metalforming business operations.
A new production line exhibit showed attendees a state-of-the art stamping operation in action. The exhibit included an Aida-Dayton Technologies 110 Gap Frame Press with a Link Systems 5000 Press and Automation Control equipped with a state-of-the-art die protection system. The press has a Dallas Industries Servo Feed that will feed a die designed by Bachman Machine that measures each part with an analog probe and automatically makes adjustments after each press stroke to compensate for run-out of the piece part.
Metalform 2004 will be held March 30-April 1 in Louisville, KY, U.S.
