Fedders Launches Venture With Chinese Retailer Mar 24, 2003

Fedders Corp. launched a joint venture with Chinese retailer Suning Appliance Group to manufacture air-conditioners in China.
In a press release, Fedders said it has a 67-percent stake in the venture, which it hopes will help it greatly its presence in China. (Reuters)
