The Dwyer Group, Inc., reported a net profit of U.S. $2.9 million or $0.40 per share, on a diluted basis,
for the year ended Dec. 31, 2002, versus a net profit of $2.3 million or $0.33 per share for the year ended December 31, 2001. Revenues for 2002 increased by 16 percent to $25.9 million from $22.4 million in 2001.
For the fourth quarter of 2002, the Company earned $799,000 or $0.11 per share, on a diluted basis, versus $485,000 or $0.07 per share in 2001, an increase of 65 percent. Revenues for the quarter increased 10 percent to $6.8 million in 2002 from $6.2 million in 2001.
