Fedders Corporation, a global manufacturer of air-conditioners, air cleaners, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and thermal technology products, announced that its Board of Directors declared regular quarterly cash dividends of U.S. $0.03 on each share of outstanding Common Stock and Class B Stock and $0.53 on each share of outstanding Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock.
The dividends will be payable on Sept. 1, 2003 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 11, 2003.
