York to Hold Stockholder Meeting Feb 26, 2003

York International Corporation will hold its 2003 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 8 a.m. Central Time (CT) on Thursday, May 22, 2003, at its Unitary Products Group facility in Wichita, KS, U.S. Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 24, 2003 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the 2003 Annual Meeting.

The matters to be submitted to the stockholders will be:

1. Elect a Board of Directors to hold office for one year.

2. Ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company's independent accountants.
