Johns Manville (JM) appointed Charles Griffith senior vice president of its Engineered Products Group (EPG). Mr. Griffith will report directly to Steven B. Hochhauser, Johns Manville president and chief operating officer (COO).

"Chuck joins us in the role Steve Hochhauser filled before assuming the key leadership role he now holds," said Jerry Henry, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO). "Chuck's strong experiences and abilities will make him an excellent addition to our senior management team."

Mr. Griffith has held leadership roles in large, international businesses, and has experience in driving lasting improvements by developing talent, establishing clear accountability and improving customer satisfaction. He has a broad-based background in the areas of operations, finance, strategy and process/systems. Most recently, Mr. Griffith was executive vice president of EDS, overseeing client solutions, global sales, and marketing.
