The Intel Corporation board of directors has declared a U.S. $0.02 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 1, 2003 to holders of record of the Common Stock of the Corporation on Feb. 7, 2003. Intel is a chip maker and manufacturer of computer, networking, and communications products.
