Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex, Inc. had previously filed lawsuits against The Holmes Group, Inc. for infringement of Hamilton Beach's TrueAirâ„¢ odor eliminator patents, for infringement of Hamilton Beach's patented slow cooker carrying case, and for false advertising. The Holmes Group, Inc. has recently settled with Hamilton Beach. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
