Helen of Troy in Licensing Agreement with Procter and Gamble Jan 6, 2003

Personal care products maker Helen of Troy Limited has announced that it has extended its existing trademark licensing agreement for the Vidal Sassoon® brand name. Helen of Troy and The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) have entered into a new long-term licensing agreement, including renewal options, which extends the agreement for a total of 30 years. P&G will retain rights to the Vidal Sassoon trademark.
