U.S. Steel Corporation announced that Scott R. Salmon has been appointed managing director, Governmental Affairs, Europe. Succeeding Mr. Salmon as director, Federal Governmental affairs for U. S. Steel will be Thomas M. Sneeringer. Mr. Salmon will support and facilitate business development for U.S. Steel throughout Europe.
