Noritz Corp. and Toto Ltd. said they will recall about 370,000 water heaters for free repair because they could cause a fire as a result of oil leakage. Subject to the recall are 180,900 units produced by Noritz between March 1997 and March 2001 and about 190,000 units made by Toto between August 1995 and June 1999, the two companies said.
