The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said that Brother International, the U.S. unit of Japan's Brother Industries Ltd, will recall 100,000 printers to repair an overheating problem. The printers to be recalled involve four Brother models sold in the U.S. from June 1997 to December 2000. The CPSC said the Brother printers are prone to overheating and may catch fire. (Kyodo News)
