Sears has appointed Janine Bousquette executive vice president and chief customer and marketing officer, effective Nov. 1. Ms. Bousquette will spearhead the strategic integration of Sears’ marketing, customer care and customer relationship management efforts.

Ms. Bousquette most recently ran a consulting practice. Prior to that, she was chief marketing officer and executive vice president of eToys.She previously held domestic and international brand marketing posts at Pepsico and Procter & Gamble.
