John B. Menzer, president and chief executive officer of Wal-Mart International and executive vice president of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., has been named to Emerson's board of directors. Since 1999, Mr. Menzer has been responsible for all of Wal-Mart's international operations, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Korea, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the UK. He joined the company in 1995 as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
