Audiovox Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements Jun 16, 2003

Audiovox Corporation today announced that it has regained compliance with the listing requirements to trade its stock on the Nasdaq National Market®. The company will trade using the symbol "VOXX."

According to the company, it filed its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2002 and its Form 10-Q for the fiscal first quarter, which ended on February 28, 2003, last week. The company then requested that Nasdaq remove the "E" from its trading symbol.

The company was notified last week by Nasdaq that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel will continue the listing of Audiovox’s securities on the Nasdaq National Market if the company’s Form 10-Q for the fiscal second quarter is filed on or before July 15, 2003.
