Central vacuum system maker Beam Industries announced the appointment of a new marketing director, product development manager, and new territory managers. Larry Hartley, who previously served as Midwest territory sales manager, has assumed the newly created position of marketing director. Mr. Hartley will oversee Beam’s national and dealer co-op advertising, product planning, and market development activities. Eric Larson, who once served as territory sales manager for Beam, has rejoined the company as product development manager. His role will include business planning and leadership of Beam’s product development process. Jim Thrall of Torrington, CT, U.S., will cover the northeastern U.S., Lorenz Bilbo has joined Beam as territory sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region, and Linda Conaway, who had served as Beam’s Northeast U.S. dealers, will succeed Mr. Hartley as Midwest territory sales manager.
