Jerome G. Santowski, president and CEO of Broan-NuTone LLC and the Broan-NuTone group of companies, officially retired after 20 years, 14 as president and CEO. David L. Pringle has been appointed to assume the position of president and CEO of Broan-NuTone and the Broan-NuTone group of companies, the world’s largest manufacturer of residential ventilation products.
Mr. Pringle joined Broan-NuTone in January as Executive Vice President and COO after serving 16 years with Emerson Electric Co., the last 10 as President of Emerson Tool Companies. Prior to joining Emerson, he was a Senior Vice President of United Airlines and a Vice President of White Motor Company.
During Mr. Santowski’s presidency the Broan-NuTone group of companies increased sales from U.S. $80 million to $720 million. Back
