Tilia, Inc., manufacturer of FoodSaver home vacuum packaging systems, has retained the Walker Agency, Scottsdale, AZ, U.S., as its public relations agency to address the outdoor leisure market, according to Stephanie Huff, marketing communications manager for Tilia. FoodSaver is a home vacuum packaging system that removes air from specially-designed bags and containers in order to prevent freezer burn and keep food fresh three to five times longer. According to Tilia, the appliance has broad application in the outdoor recreation market and is popular with hunters, fishermen, boaters, and those who enjoy an outdoors lifestyle. The agency will be responsible for nationwide public relations, publicity, and media relations. Back
